How does your factory do regarding quality control?

What is your shipping method?
We offer shipping through standard global carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and trade assurance payments for offline orders. For samples, we require payment in advance. For mass production, we require a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
What customization services do you offer?
We offer three main customization solutions:
- Fully Custom: Custom production entirely based on your design.
- Semi-Custom: Base designs using our style but featuring your brand logos.
- Free Design: Design assistance if you don't have a designer; just send us your requirements or pictures.
What is the MOQ and sample lead time?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces. The sample lead time is 3-7 working days, and mass production orders generally take 2-3 weeks depending on the total quantity of the order.
