Can I get one sample?
Yes, we can offer one sample for checking quality. Our most style in stock, Customize sample charged us $30-$50/design depends on the design, sample charge will refund upon bulk order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have huge stock in warehouse, No MOQ needed.
What's your production time?
Stock style delivery in the same day, Your own style production time is 10-25 days normally.
How about your after-sales service?
- You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it's quality problem. Once we've received your return we'll send you an email with an update.
- If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
- If it's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
- If you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc, we will charge you a part of repair costs.
