How long does it take to make the sample and ship it?
The production cycle of the sample depends on the required process. Most processes can produce the sample within three days and ship it within five days.
How do I create my own brand and design?
First, choose the basic shirt style you want. Second, submit your design files or ideas to us. Third, confirm the techniques you want. Then you can achieve the effect and design you desire.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges if there's a quality issue or if we made a mistake. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for other reasons.
How do we calculate the price of a sample?
The price of a sample depends on the different processes. Some processes require a template fee, which needs to be added when making the sample. The template fee will be refunded for subsequent bulk orders.
