Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.
It depends on your order's quantity. Normally, for OEM/ODM orders, our production lead time is around 20-25 days during high seasons, 15-20 days during low seasons. The RTS products can be shipped within 7 days.
We have an experienced QC team. We perform in-house testing before production, inspect quality on each production line, and verify every piece through a metal detector before packing.
If there are any quality issues, please let us know within 7 days. We will take responsibility for the rework fees or remake new items for you.
