Q1 What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100pcs, smaller quantity can be negotiated as your request and we could make your own designs.
Q2 Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
We accept all OEM/ODM orders, just contact us and give us your design. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
Q3 Do you provide size chart?
Yes, we will provide you a size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.
Q4 What is the lead time for bulk orders?
It depends on your order's quantity. Normally, for OEM/ODM orders, our production lead time is around 20-25 days during high seasons, 15-20 days during low seasons.
Q5 How do you control your quality?
We have an experienced QC team. We perform in-house testing or send fabrics and trims to test houses before production. During production, we have QC for each line checking the quality, and before packing, we inspect each piece through metal detectors.
Q6 How about your After-sales service?
If there are any quality issues, please let us know within 7 days. We will take charge of the rework fees or remake new items for you.
